Subscription
Unlimited events for busy calendars
Agencies, venues and promoters who run several events a month save with a subscription. Every new event automatically gets the subscribed package.
- Create as many events as you like while the subscription is active.
- Minimum term is 3 months. After that it renews monthly until you cancel.
- Cancel any time after the minimum term by e-mail or chat, effective at the end of the paid month.

Is Eventor free?
Yes. Every account can run one upcoming event with up to 30 guests and 1 check-in device for free, with all features included and no credit card. When you need more than 30 guests, upgrade that event to Bronze, Silver or Gold.
Is a package a one-time payment or a subscription?
Both exist, and they are clearly separated on this page. Pay per event packages are a single one-time charge for one event; nothing renews. Subscriptions give you unlimited events, run for a minimum of 3 months, and renew monthly until cancelled. At checkout, the product name says either “event package” or “subscription”.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Send a short message to support@eventor.app or use the chat in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, once the 3-month minimum term is over. One-time event packages never need cancelling.
How many devices can check guests in at the same time?
Free events allow 1 device, Bronze 3, Silver 10 and Gold up to 30 at the same time. All devices share one live list, so a guest checked in on one phone disappears from the queue on every other device instantly.
How many team members can I invite?
Free accounts work with 1 team member (you). Bronze includes up to 4 team members, Silver up to 12, and Gold has no limit. Team members can be door staff with a check-in-only role, promoters with a guest quota, or managers with full guest access.
Are the guest and device limits per event or per account?
Per event. If you buy a Silver package, that event can have 800 guests and 10 devices. Other events on your account are not affected.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Prices are shown and charged in the currency of the country you are visiting from, detected on our edge network: CHF in Switzerland, EUR in most of Europe, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, AED and HKD elsewhere. The price you see here is the price Stripe charges at checkout.
Can I upgrade an event later?
Yes. Open the event in the web dashboard and press Upgrade. You pay only the difference between the package you already have and the new one. Upgrades are done in the browser, not inside the iOS or Android app.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Enter your company name and VAT number at checkout and the invoice is issued with those details. Swiss VAT is applied for Swiss customers; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are billed under the reverse-charge rule.
What is the refund policy?
Purchases cannot be cancelled once paid and are not refunded if unused. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 10 days of the charge and we will sort it out. Full details are in the refund policy in our help center.
Can I sell tickets with Eventor?
No. Eventor manages the guest list and the check-in, not ticket sales. Sell tickets with the tool of your choice, export the attendee list, import it into Eventor and scan at the door. You can even use your existing ticket IDs as the barcode value.
