Its check-in app is less loved: one organizer wrote to us asking whether they could “pair Eventor with Eventbrite to save copy and pasting”. You can, in about ten minutes, and you do not have to send new QR codes: \u003Cstrong>the Eventor app can scan the tickets Eventbrite already issued.\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"how-it-works\">How it works\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Every Eventbrite ticket carries a barcode number, which is what the QR code on the ticket encodes. Eventor lets you import that number as the guest’s \u003Cstrong>barcode value\u003C\u002Fstrong> and switch the event to scan that value instead of Eventor’s own codes. Guests show their Eventbrite ticket, your team scans it with Eventor, and the guest list, plus-ones, VIPs, multi-device sync and exports all work as usual.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"step-1-export-the-attendee-report-from-eventbrite\">Step 1: Export the attendee report from Eventbrite\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Col>\n\u003Cli>In Eventbrite open your event and go to \u003Cstrong>Manage attendees → Orders\u003C\u002Fstrong> (or \u003Cstrong>Reports → Attendee summary\u003C\u002Fstrong>).\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Choose \u003Cstrong>Export\u003C\u002Fstrong> and pick \u003Cstrong>CSV\u003C\u002Fstrong> or \u003Cstrong>XLSX\u003C\u002Fstrong>.\u003C\u002Fli>\n\u003Cli>Make sure the export includes at least \u003Cem>First Name\u003C\u002Fem>, \u003Cem>Last Name\u003C\u002Fem>, \u003Cem>Email\u003C\u002Fem> and \u003Cstrong>Barcode #\u003C\u002Fstrong> (in some layouts called \u003Cem>Ticket ID\u003C\u002Fem> or \u003Cem>Attendee #\u003C\u002Fem>). If you prefer one row per buyer with plus-ones, use the \u003Cem>Orders\u003C\u002Fem> export and map the ticket quantity minus one to \u003Cem>Total extras\u003C\u002Fem>.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"step-4-test-one-ticket\">Step 4: Test one ticket\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Open the Eventor app on your phone, go to the event, tap the scanner and scan the QR code on one of your own Eventbrite tickets (the PDF or the Eventbrite app both work). The guest’s name should pop up and be checked in. Reset the check-in afterwards.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>If the scan says \u003Cem>not found\u003C\u002Fem>, compare the value the scanner shows with the barcode column in your file. In rare cases an export contains the order number rather than the ticket barcode; re-export the attendee report with the \u003Cem>Barcode #\u003C\u002Fem> column.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Ch2 id=\"keeping-the-list-current\">Keeping the list current\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\u003Cp>Sales continue until the doors open. Re-export the attendee report before the event and import only the \u003Cstrong>new rows\u003C\u002Fstrong>; Eventor imports are incremental.
